Under the direct supervision of the business administrator this position provides IT support for St. Andrew. This position deals with a diverse group of employees with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Must be able to communicate with this broad range of users. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. Works independently and within a team to respond to the technical needs and issues of the staff through a ticket system. Keeps all systems running and up to date. Implements rotation cycle for new equipment.
